Plant built by F.lli Ferri in Greece and precisely in the city of Sparta in the center of Laconia in the Peloponnese. The technologically advanced plant presents some innovations for the processing of Extra Virgin Olive Oil that make it unique throughout the territory. Innovative and soft olive cleaning system to have a clean and undamaged product at the exit that will also save water in the subsequent washing because there is a system for removing the earth and stones; water-saving self-cleaning washing system, with the possibility of automatic expulsion of mud, leaves and stones; pressing system with a crusher designed by F.lli Ferri which allows the temperature of the dough to be kept unchanged after pressing while maintaining the fragrances and perfumes of the oil subsequently extracted; innovative system for the transfer of the dough with a totally stainless steel pump that allows a soft loading to the malaxers and without oxidation. Grams of the Green 12 series totally closed with an innovative malaxing and thermal conditioning system, washing with rotating heads to allow a total washing of the malaxers; X7 Alfa Laval three-phase decanter and Alfa Laval Uvpx 510 Separator. All the machines that make up the plant are built with high efficiency and energy saving Made in Italy motors.
