The F.lli Ferri hammer crushers have been designed and engineered in order to guarantee excellent crushing of the olives while maintaining the temperature unchanged during the crushing. This allows to keep the organoleptic characteristics of the oil unaltered. The F.lli Ferri crushers with ALFA LAVAL technology are equipped with a counter-rotating grid and a new olive paste expulsion system to ensure a low temperature during crushing. These new grids designed and tested by F.lli Ferri also allow a different sectioning of the core which helps coalescence (oil droplets) during the kneading phase.
