Description
The single base for F.lli Ferri separators entirely in stainless steel has been designed and engineered to allow easy assembly of all the part relating to the separator drains and easy processing of the separator area. It is easily transportable and is a single monobloc including all the separator drains, oil storage tank, delivery pipes to the separator, water pipes and any bypass systems. It is also equipped with an automatic separator wash chip pump system.
The following are the construction features:
- Module entirely in stainless steel
- Internal piping of all the separator discharges, both mud and water; only one connection with PP pipe is required for installation.
- Stainless steel cabinet that can be used as a tool holder
- About 300 Lt tank for oil storage with level sensor and visual indication
- Stainless steel pipes for tank loading and unloading on the separator
- Water pipes in stainless steel
- Any bypass systems
- Predisposition for double separator assembly
- Sight glass for the oil passage
- Automatic separator washing chip module mounted on the platform for a fast and totally safe washing system
- Natural rubber hoses with food certification
- Installed power: 0.75 Kw
- Customizations are carried out on front logos
